YOUR FLEET
SETS THE BRIEF.

Good pricing starts with understanding the work. Show us what your operation looks like, then carry your choices into a fleet assessment request.

Efficiency comes from a workable plan.

More vehicles alone do not guarantee a lower cost per vehicle. A shared yard, compatible work and reliable access can reduce repeated setup and travel. Different engines, service requirements or locations can change the work involved.

SIX THINGS
WE PUT IN WRITING.

A 12-month planning example is a useful starting point. Your actual price, contract length and service commitments are agreed after reviewing the fleet.

01

The fleet

Covered vehicles, specifications and service locations.

02

The maintenance

Included tasks, quantities, allowances and exclusions.

03

The visit plan

Service windows, access, travel and vehicle availability.

04

The price & term

Quoted charges, payment schedule, contract length and applicable taxes.

05

The decisions

Who approves extra work and how a proposal is agreed.

06

The changes

Vehicle additions, higher usage, missed access, extra visits and ending the agreement.

An ongoing program has a defined scope. Existing faults, brake replacements and other repairs are covered only where expressly included, or quoted and approved separately.
